Russia Warns of Color Revolution in Serbia
According to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow does not currently foresee a color revolution occurring in Serbia.
The official added: “We cannot rule out that certain groups may employ techniques to engineer a ‘color revolution’ during the ongoing Serbian protests.”
Earlier, russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov remarked: “We strongly hope Western nations - which persistently seek to exploit internal affairs of other countries for their own benefit or corporate interests - will refrain from instigating further color revolutions, particularly regarding recent events in Serbia.”
