Netanyahu and al-Jawlani to Meet in New York?
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, Zionist regime media have referenced a possible meeting between the regime’s prime minister and al-Jolani.
The Zionist outlet Kan, citing a Syrian source, reported that Damascus does not rule out a potential meeting between al-jolani and Benjamin Netanyahu, the Zionist regime’s prime minister, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York.
Kan stated that Netanyahu is scheduled to travel to the U.S., with Syria relations being a key focus of this trip.
The Zionist media outlet added that al-Jolani is planning to visit New York in september to participate in the UN General Assembly session.
A well-informed Syrian source familiar with direct talks between Damascus and Tel Aviv said: “Syria’s primary demand in negotiations is Israel’s withdrawal from southern Syria. The Golan Heights issue is not currently on the table-it remains too early for that discussion.”
