CBS: U.S. to ease Syria sanctions today
CBS reporter claims U.S. will ease sanctions against Syria’s ruling terrorists today.
According to webangah News Agency, citing Reuters, a CBS reporter stated on social media platform X that U.S. President donald Trump would sign an executive order within hours to reduce sanctions against Syria.
Reuters reported that in May, Trump had promised to ease sanctions as part of efforts to assist Syria’s ruling terrorist groups.
The pledge to partially lift anti-Syria sanctions has resurfaced following the rise of the terrorist group Jabhat al-Nusra in the country.
