The embassy has notified Azerbaijan’s foreign Ministry, Interior Ministry, and State Security Service but has yet to receive a response.
The Russian Foreign Ministry afterward announced it had summoned Azerbaijan’s ambassador over Baku’s “unfriendly actions against Russian journalists.”
