G7 Calls for Iran’s Return to Negotiating Table
According to webangah News Agency, Western nations have clearly demonstrated their disregard for diplomacy and commitment to violating the rights of the Iranian people through the recent aggressions by the U.S. and the Zionist regime against Iran. Yet, these countries are now repeating their previous claims.
the G7 foreign ministers issued a statement urging Tehran to return to negotiations, stating: “We call on Iran not to pursue nuclear weapons and demand its immediate return to talks aimed at resolving outstanding disputes.”
The statement acknowledged Qatar’s mediation role in brokering a ceasefire between Iran and the Zionist regime during recent conflicts, emphasizing: “We support maintaining this ceasefire and oppose any destabilization of the region.”
While the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has become politicized-failing even to condemn attacks on Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities-the G7 declared: “We urge Iran to immediately resume full cooperation with IAEA inspectors, restart nuclear negotiations, and work toward achieving a complete, lasting verifiable agreement.”
