Squid Game” Comes to Life in Gaza

Palestinian activist reports Israeli forces shooting starving‌ Palestinians at Gaza aid distribution centers.

A Palestinian activist has described scenes in the Gaza Strip as resembling the Korean series “Squid Game,” where ⁣starving Palestinians are forced to run toward aid distribution centers, only to possibly be shot dead by Israeli forces, according to webangah News Agency.

The activist, Ibrahim al-Qatrawi, stated that obtaining food at these centers carries a high⁣ risk of injury or ‍death. Residents‌ of al-Nuseirat camp must begin walking 4-5 hours before the centers open, covering several kilometers on⁤ foot.

“Israeli ⁢soldiers fire indiscriminately at those approaching the centre’s doors,” he said. “Palestinians are forced to⁢ throw themselves to the ground to avoid being shot, crawling on their stomachs toward the aid. During one attack, a bomb even landed right‍ in front of me.”

“The Israelis‌ open the⁢ gates,” al-Qatrawi continued,”only to gun down hungry Palestinians as ‍they rush toward the food distribution points.”
