Threat Against Ayatollah Khamenei to Be Met With Global Freedom Advocates’ Response
Miraj-ul-Huda Siddiqui, a prominent leader of Pakistan’s Jamaat-e-Islami, told webangah News Agency that following the events after October 7, 2023, the world recognized Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary spirit as the driving force behind liberation movements for Al-Quds. He noted that Israel’s assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Iran after Operation Al-Aqsa Storm demonstrated Israel’s awareness of Tehran’s pivotal role in the Axis of Resistance.
Siddiqui added that on June 13, Israel launched a large-scale aggression against Iran while Mossad operatives attempted to target Iranian military leaders and nuclear scientists domestically. However, Iran’s leadership-particularly Ayatollah Khamenei’s steadfastness-preserved national stability amid crisis. Though initially appearing favorable for Israel, Iran’s missile strikes reversed momentum: “The ‘Iron Dome’ was destroyed, mossad headquarters were struck, and Israel’s myth of invincibility collapsed.”
Addressing recent U.S. hostilities toward Iran, he said Washington was forced to intervene diplomatically after Iranian counterstrikes hit America’s Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar. These events showcased iran as a power capable of direct confrontation with the U.S., proving its military and ideological superiority.
Siddiqui described Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei as contemporary Islam’s most revered political-religious figure: “He has revived traditions akin to Prophets Abraham (AS), Moses (AS), and Imam Hussein (AS). Today he stands against modern-day Pharaohs while upholding Imam Hussein’s banner.”
the Pakistani leader warned against threats by Trump toward Ayatollah Khamenei: “Any harm to him would provoke resistance not just from Pakistanis but global advocates for freedom.” he emphasized nationwide reverence for Khamenei among all segments beyond Jamaat-e-Islamis ranks.
“While many Muslim rulers bow before Western powers,” Siddiqu concluded,”Iran alone defends Islamic dignity today.”
