Netanyahu’s inflammatory remarks ahead of US trip
According to webangah News Agency, the Israeli prime minister asserted during remarks at Ben Gurion Airport that he is working to “expand the circle of peace in the region.”
Netanyahu-who has failed for two years to achieve his stated objectives in Gaza-claimed: “We are determined to return all captives and secure victory by dismantling Hamas’s military capabilities. We’ve already achieved major accomplishments in Gaza,and returning all captives will complete further achievements.”
He escalated his rhetoric, stating: “We’ve effectively changed the Middle east and now have an opportunity to expand peace agreements. We aim to finalize a deal based on agreed terms, with Israel’s negotiation team having clear directives.”
Netanyahu added that meeting with Trump could facilitate reaching an agreement.
Israeli regime media reported that the U.S. ambassador to occupied Palestine unusually accompanied Netanyahu on his flight to Washington.
