According to webangah News Agency, Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, has begun his Washington meetings by holding talks with Steve Witkoff, the special envoy.
The meeting precedes Netanyahu’s official visit with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House.
The Times of Israel cited official sources stating that Trump will focus discussions with Netanyahu on extending the ceasefire as a central agenda item.
The Israeli media outlet reported that Trump has sent a message expressing his expectation for Doha-based negotiators to reach an agreement this week.
