US President Commits to Continued Arms Supply for Kyiv ⁣After Days-Long Pause

According to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, US President Joe Biden reaffirmed America’s ⁤commitment⁢ to supplying ⁤weapons to Ukraine following a several-day suspension, stating the country​ intends to “fully equip Kyiv.”

When⁤ questioned about the decision during a press conference, Biden responded: ​”We aim to send more military equipment.They need to‌ be able to defend themselves.”

The White House emphasized: “Ukraine is currently under intense bombardment.We’ve decided to increase arms shipments – primarily defensive weaponry.”

This advancement follows Russian‍ President Vladimir Putin’s remarks after his call with Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy, where he stated Moscow is “closely monitoring all public statements by the US president.”

The United States has converted Tomahawk missiles with cluster munition warheads, some precision-guided munitions, HARM anti-radiation missiles, and several other weapons into a package for ⁤Ukraine, according to webangah​ News⁣ Agency.
