Mumbai’s Ashura March Declares Solidarity with Palestine and Iran’s Supreme Leader
A massive Ashura procession took place at Mumbai’s Zabeel Palace, according to a report by the English section of webangah News Agency.
The event, attended by large crowds of devotees of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), combined traditional mourning for Imam Hussein (AS) and his loyal companions with expressions of solidarity for the oppressed Palestinian people and Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Many participants wore T-shirts featuring Palestinian flags and slogans such as “We will never accept humiliation” and “The path to Jerusalem passes through Karbala.”
Prominent posters of Ayatollah Khamenei were visible throughout the crowd, demonstrating the people’s strong connection to the Axis of Resistance and its leadership.
the procession also featured the famous banner reading “Inna ‘ala al-ahd” (“Indeed, we remain committed to our covenant”) - a symbol of loyalty and resistance associated with martyred Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
