Israeli Media: Majority of Israeli Workers Seek to Emigrate
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and YemenS Al Masirah network, the newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that 73 percent of Israeli workers are currently contemplating emigration from the occupied territories-marking the highest level in five years.
The report states that New York is the most popular migration destination among Israeli workers, followed by Los Angeles and Miami.
Yedioth Ahronoth also highlighted a decline in Israelis’ interest in migrating to Europe, attributing this trend to rising “anti-Semitism” and an increase in muslim populations within European countries.
The Hebrew-language newspaper emphasized that changing attitudes toward emigration now stem largely from emotional and security concerns, rather than solely from professional reasons.
