UNICEF: 27 Children Die Daily in the Gaza Strip

The UNICEF‌ spokesperson in Palestine, kazem Abukhilaf, announced that 27 Palestinian children‌ lose their lives every ‍day ⁢in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing​ conflict, according to webangah News Agency⁤ citing‍ Mehr News Agency and Al‌ Jazeera.

He added that this scale of​ killing in Gaza cannot⁢ be justified under⁢ any circumstances.

Abukhilaf also noted that​ more than 5,000 children ⁤have suffered ⁤from malnutrition in Gaza since May alone.

According to data from⁣ the Gaza Government Information Office and ‍UNICEF, at least 18,000​ children ​have been martyred since the ⁢outbreak of hostilities in the enclave.
