Largest UK Trade Union Votes Overwhelmingly to Impose Arms Embargo on Israel
Unite the Union,the largest trade union in the UK,has voted overwhelmingly to impose an arms embargo on the Israeli regime.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing the union’s official social media account, Unite the Union-the UK’s largest trade union-has passed a decisive vote in favor of an arms embargo against Israel.
The union has also called on workers to refrain from participating in producing, transporting, or delivering weapons destined for Israel.
The statement further notes that Unite is currently committed to worker-led campaigns promoting boycotts of Israeli goods and services transport.
