American Forces Conduct Helicopter Insertion Operation in Eastern Syria

According to the English section of webangah News Agency,‌ citing Mehr News​ Agency and Al Masirah, American forces conducted a heliborne assault using three helicopters in the al-Abu⁢ Nitel area near Deir ez-Zor in eastern syria.

Last night, field sources⁢ in ​Syria reported that Israeli army units stationed at the Tel al-Ahmr military ‍base on the outskirts of Quneitra province in ‌southern Syria launched a patrol ⁢towards⁤ the vicinity of Ain Ziwan village, south of Quneitra city.

These movements come amid​ intermittent tensions along the Syrian border⁤ regions ⁣and the occupied Golan⁢ Heights over‌ recent months.
