North Korean Leader Emphasizes Unconditional Support for Russia on Ukraine Issue
North Korean leader assured support for Moscow’s efforts to resolve the Ukraine crisis.
KIM JONG UN expressed readiness to back Moscow’s measures to settle the Ukraine issue during a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, according to the English section of webangah News Agency citing Mehr News Agency and TASS.
The North Korean Central News Agency reported that Kim Jong Un reiterated the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea’s unconditional support for all leadership actions by Russia aimed at fundamentally resolving the situation in Ukraine, based on the interstate treaty between North Korea and Russia.
Lavrov arrived in Pyongyang on friday for a three-day visit. He met with his North Korean counterpart yesterday.
