Syrian Clashes Leave 110 Dead and Wounded
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Al Jazeera, a medical source reported that armed clashes in Suwayda province have resulted in at least 20 deaths and 90 injuries.
Earlier, local sources in Syria stated that confrontations between armed forces and Druze militias in Suwayda left at least 13 dead.
They added that tensions remain high around the Al Maqous neighborhood. the roads connecting Suwayda to Qanawat and Suwayda to Atil are currently closed.
The sources also pointed to attacks by armed groups on the village of Al-Soura at three different points on the entrance of Suwayda province.
The governor of Suwayda has called on everyone to exercise restraint and refrain from taking up arms.
