Maduro: The World Is Experiencing a Real Global War
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro once again called for a major global peace summit during his weekly program. He stated that the purpose is to prevent the spread of the current world war on Earth, as both the United States and Israel refuse to reach an agreement to end their military conflicts.
Maduro said, “With humility and determination, I reaffirm my proposal to major powers, relevant countries, and world leaders for holding a great global peace summit. Peace will not be achieved by America or Israel; it will come from countries that need it and desire it.”
He added that this call stems from venezuela’s geopolitical stance. “We do not seek to be a military power but rather a Bolivarian power. We have a voice and we tell the truth to the world,” he explained.
Maduro asserted that the world is not avoiding a global war-it is indeed already living through one. ”The issue is not avoiding World War III but preventing its expansion,” he said. “People worldwide must stop its destructive force from spreading, as we are witnessing in palestine today with Israeli genocide.”
He continued: “The massacre of Palestinians by Israel serves as evidence of its intention for world domination and subjugation of nations.”
Maduro also called for making publicly available-and widely disseminated-the report by Francesca Albanese, United Nations Special Rapporteur on Palestine. He stressed increasing global awareness: “Sooner or later, truth and the Palestinian people will triumph over Nazi-like criminal Zionists who operate with impunity.”
the president criticized U.S.-imposed sanctions against Albanese following her accusation against Israel for genocide. He described these sanctions as clear proof supporting Netanyahu’s genocidal policies toward Palestinians.
Maduro praised rising awareness within social movements across America, Europe, Africa, and Latin America-calling it born from pain-and expressed confidence this awakening would hold accomplices and perpetrators accountable for their actions.
