US Embassy Issues Statement on New Restrictions in the Occupied Territories
The U.S. Embassy in the Occupied Territories has announced potential restrictions for it’s staff and their families due to security tensions.
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via Al-Nashra, reported that the U.S. Embassy in the Occupied Territories is considering imposing certain restrictions amid current security tensions. These may include a travel ban for embassy personnel and their families to specific areas within the Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem and the West Bank.
The embassy also stated that escalating tensions could lead to cancellations or reductions in flights operated by Israeli airlines.
