Israeli Regime Launches Attacks on Daraa Suburbs
Syrian sources report Israeli regime attacks on tank and artillery battalions in Azra city near daraa, Syria, along with casualty figures from clashes in As-Suwayda.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, Syrian sources confirmed that 116 people have been killed during the clashes in southern Syria’s As-Suwayda province.
These sources also reported Israeli regime strikes against tank and artillery battalions in the city of Azra, located on the outskirts of Daraa.
At the same time, Walid Jumblatt, former head of Lebanon’s Progressive Socialist Party, told Al-Mayadeen that residents of As-Suwayda should remain vigilant against Israel’s provocative actions and its inciting maneuvers.
He added that he supports a political solution and weapons surrender in As-Suwayda.
