EU Imposes Anti-Iran Sanctions
The European Union has sanctioned eight Iranian individuals and entities over alleged human rights violations.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency and Al Jazeera, the Council of the European Union announced new sanctions against Iran on Tuesday.
The Council stated that eight individuals and one entity linked to Iran have been sanctioned for human rights violations committed outside of Iran, acting on behalf of the Iranian government.
