Trump: No Rush to Negotiate with Iran
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr News Agency via Al Jazeera, US President Donald Trump stated that he aims to implement five or six international agreements.
He added that the war between Russia and Ukraine could end before the 50-day deadline given to Russian President Vladimir Putin expires.
“When I talk with Putin, he says he wants peace; tho, his actions tell a different story. We must stop the war between Russia and Ukraine,” Trump said.
Referring to negotiations with Iran, Trump insisted that he has no urgency in engaging in talks. He repeated his claims accusing Iran’s nuclear sites of being destroyed and asserted that these facilities are no longer operational.
This assertion contradicts many American political figures and media outlets who believe US strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities caused only minor damage.
The president also claimed: “Israel will return to its favorable status, and together with Israel, the United States has achieved a great victory.”
