Zionist “City of Humanitarianism” Plan: From Gaza Displacement to Extortion in Negotiations

Since the start⁣ of the war, the Zionist regime has failed in all its plans to displace the peopel ‍of Gaza. It has now unveiled a‌ new plan called the‌ “Humanitarian ⁣City” in Rafah during ongoing negotiations in ‍Doha.

The⁤ English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr ‌News Agency adn Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, reports that amid continuing ceasefire talks in Doha, the Zionist regime‍ has‌ revealed a new initiative named “Humanitarian City” ⁢to‌ be⁢ established in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip. The plan aims to relocate 600,000 to 700,000 Palestinians initially⁣ to this city as a precursor to their eventual expulsion from Gaza.

Details of the “Humanitarian City” Project

Last Monday, Israel Katz, Israel’s Minister of war, announced⁤ this⁣ plan involving erecting tents ‍over the ‌ruins‌ of rafah city. The proposed ‍city is‌ planned between Philadelphia Junction on Egypt’s border‍ and Murag Junction lying between Khan Yunis and Rafah in southern Gaza. Subsequently, all residents from across Gaza are expected to be⁢ gathered there‍ as groundwork for their mass displacement outside Gaza.

Informed sources say this scheme is essentially based on previous plans like those by Israeli generals or Operation Gideon designed to clear northern Gaza’s⁢ one million‍ inhabitants by forcing ‍them southward within the enclave. Maps presented by Israel’s negotiating team in Doha do not ⁣actually depict military withdrawal during ceasefire‍ but rather redeployment; ⁣under these ‌maps over 40 percent of Gaza including all Rafah ⁤would remain under Israeli military occupation.

These moves indicate an intention by occupying forces to forcibly remove Gazans into Egypt and other countries. According to Israeli proposals, incursions will advance up to three kilometers into certain areas ‍with large parts of‌ Beit Lahia city northern village‌ Um al-Nasr⁣ and Beit Hanoun – as well ⁢as entire Khaza’a region east Khan Yunis – plus parts of Al-Sikka Street near Tal al-Hawa neighborhoods Shujaiya and Zeitoun east of Gaza ‌City falling under Israeli ⁤occupation.

The outlined maps‌ signify control⁤ over approximately 40⁢ percent of Gaza’s territory‌ while preventing some 700,000 Palestinians from returning ⁣home and pushing them toward displacement ‍centers mainly located south within densely populated refugee camps such as Al-Mawasi remaining in southern‌ strip areas.

It‍ should be noted that much of Rafah has been entirely leveled since May 7th following wide-scale assaults ⁣by occupying forces who refused withdrawal even after a January ceasefire agreement.Simultaneously occurring, Israel’s‌ army continues systematic demolition operations especially targeting northern sectors making them uninhabitable-mirroring tactics used previously ⁢around Khan‍ Yunis.

Zionist Objectives⁢ Behind “Humanitarian City”

Palestinian groups-especially Hamas-firmly ⁣reject what they call this so-called humanitarian city project built on wider ‍conspiracies led by America and Israel‍ aimed at further displacing ‌Gazans. Through its delegation at⁣ doha talks Hamas insisted on Israel retreating ⁢fully from Murag junction⁣ area asserting it cannot accept any proposal leading towards Palestinian displacement; any truce must include full evacuation commitments ending perpetual war permanently.

Regarding⁤ intentions behind “humanitarian city,” mustapha Ibrahim-a political writer and Arab analyst ⁤speaking with Al-Araby Al-jadeed-said ‍that occupiers seek through implementing this policy precisely what they‍ have‍ pursued as war outbreak: destruction and mass killing alongside uprooting Palestinians permanently.

Ibrahim added that bringing Gazan ‍residents into Rafah based on recent Israeli⁤ proposals reflects steadfast adherence toward ethnic cleansing projects supported by international silence alongside lackluster arab-global positions enabling continued genocide attempts masked under humanitarian excuses which serve deeper colonial agendas driving ⁣population transfer southwards aboard pretextual justifications while exploiting diplomatic passivity worldwide.”

“Even opposition factions within Zionism currently calling for ending hostilities⁤ or prisoner returns differ little fundamentally from Benjamin ‍netanyahu’s policies; disagreements revolve only around tactical details rather than strategic goals-the consensus sustaining continuous warfare ⁢remains‌ intact among Israelis,” he remarked.

Iyad al-Qarrah-a fellow Arab analyst-commented that Defense Minister Katz ⁣who announced “humanitarian city” project answers directly Netanyahu’s directives ‍without hesitation or ‍autonomous judgment. ⁢He⁢ affirmed earlier ⁢schemes aiming at total evictions ⁤remain theoretical frameworks never properly executed so far but ⁣serve broader designs ongoing as early conflict stages seeking permanent Palestinian removal.”

“Zionists pursue overarching large-scale clearance operations reflecting perceived⁤ historic opportunity unlikely repeated again soon despite complications underestimated facing ground ⁤realities including stiff military resistance,” Qarrah explained noting that military factions themselves oppose such initiatives due heavy troop deployment requirements plus casualty concerns involved.”

“Occupation forces believe⁣ unless major‍ combat losses incurred gains strategically minimal ⁢even freeing captives or neutralizing hamas entirely…” he stressed before concluding: “Costs both human material⁤ wise‍ exceedingly high ‍beyond current Tel Aviv⁤ capacities already proven ineffective managing four‌ separate‍ aid distribution ⁢centers across central-southern strips let alone confining hundreds thousands displaced incessantly suffering catastrophic conditions ⁢inside restricted enclaves”.
