Unprecedented Mass Expulsion of Palestinians from West Bank; UN Issues Warning

The United ⁤Nations has announced that the “mass expulsions” of Palestinians by Israeli forces in the West Bank have reached an unprecedented level since Israel’s occupation of ⁣the region‌ in 1967.

The English section⁣ of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr ⁤News Agency and Sputnik, reported that since January, Israeli ‌forces⁣ have⁤ displaced tens of thousands of Palestinians in the northern west Bank.⁤ This surge has raised fears of potential ethnic cleansing.

Juliet ‌Touma,spokesperson for UNRWA,described the ongoing Israeli military ⁣operations as their longest since the Second⁣ Intifada began in 2000.

“What‍ is happening affects many refugee camps in the area and marks the ⁤largest forced displacement of Palestinians in the⁢ West​ Bank as ​1967,” she said.

Various cities across the West Bank have witnessed extensive⁣ raids during ⁤wich numerous Palestinians have been detained by Israeli ⁣soldiers.

The UN report revealed that over 740 attacks targeted around 200 Palestinian towns, villages, and gatherings across the West Bank during the first half of this​ year.
