Eilat Port in Occupied Territories Completely Paralyzed
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Masirah, Israeli officials have announced that all activities at this port have ceased due to repeated assaults by Yemeni armed forces.
Israel’s Channel 12 also reported, quoting Eilat authorities, that port operations will be fully suspended starting next Sunday, and the port will be closed.
It has also been reported that bank accounts linked to the Eilat Port are being frozen over unpaid tax debts.
Notably, Yemeni armed forces have continued their operations against vessels connected to Israel in the Red Sea since the outbreak of hostilities over Gaza, aiming to support Palestinian fighters. Consequently, revenues at this port have sharply declined due to halted ship docking.
