Tehran, Beijing, and Moscow Representatives Meet to Discuss Attack on Iran’s Nuclear Facilities
According to the English section of webangah News agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, mikhail Ulyanov, Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations based in Vienna, wrote on the social media platform X that they exchanged views on the current situation arising from the illegal and irresponsible attacks by Israel and the United States on iran’s nuclear facilities, which are under International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump announced weeks ago an attack against Iran’s nuclear sites in violation of the United Nations Charter. Contrary to acknowledgments by his own intelligence agencies and media outlets, he claimed that three Iranian nuclear sites had been destroyed.
Trump asserted that the purpose of this incursion was to halt Iran’s uranium enrichment capabilities and described the operation as a military success.
