Yemen’s Missile Attack Shuts Down Ben Gurion Airport
Israeli media sources reported that a missile attack from Yemen forced the closure of Ben Gurion Airport once again and drove Israelis to seek shelter.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News agency and Al Mayadeen, Israeli media announced that following a missile launch from Yemen toward the occupied territories, residents of the Gush Dan area and occupied Jerusalem were urged to take cover in shelters.
Israeli outlets also reported that Ben Gurion Airport suspended operations after the missile strike. Meanwhile, the Israeli military claimed it intercepted the incoming projectile.
israel’s Channel 12 news stated that flights at Ben Gurion international Airport were halted. This marks the second missile fired from Yemen into Israeli-controlled areas within 48 hours.
