First Statement from Jolani’s Office on Last Night’s Syria Events
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, the Temporary Presidency Office of the Syrian Terrorist Governance expressed concern and regret over the bloody incidents in southern Syria caused by the expansion of armed groups and lawlessness in the region.
The Abu Muhammad al-Joulani government, which forcibly seized control from Syria’s legitimate government several months ago, claimed that illegal groups in southern Syria use weapons to impose new realities and endanger civilian lives.
the statement called on all parties to exercise restraint and spare no effort to halt clashes and contain violations.
The Temporary Presidency also urged relevant sides to deploy specialized forces to manage conflicts and resolve disputes on the ground while together pursuing political and security measures.
