The administrative and security structures of the Jolani regime will be implemented in the province.
Local armed group fighters will be integrated into security forces and the Ministry of Defense. these forces will assume responsibility for maintaining order alongside other units.
Heavy and medium weapons will be surrendered by Bedouin and druze factions.
Druze participation in the country’s future political process is planned for a subsequent phase.
A safe passage abroad will be available for those who reject the agreement.
Violations by either side will be subject to legal accountability.
Local armed groups, cooperating with other units, will participate in securing stability within the province.
