Drone Attack Hits Motorcycle in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq
According to teh English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shafaq News, a local source reported that a drone targeted a motorcycle in one of the villages in Penjwin District in eastern Sulaymaniyah province. The attack resulted in one fatality and one injury.
The source added that the airstrike took place in the village of Shevguwezaneh within Penjwin District, where the motorcycle was hit.
The source also stated that the identity of those responsible for carrying out the attack remains unknown.
Local insiders indicated that drones were observed flying over the area several hours before the strike.
In related developments, Reuters cited security sources confirming that both those killed and injured in this attack were members of the PKK.
