Massive Rally in Morocco Expresses Support for Gaza + Video
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and palestine Today, reported that Moroccan citizens staged a large-scale human wave march to support Gaza.
A wide presentation took place in Rabat, MoroccoS capital, backing Gaza and opposing normalization with Israel.
Protesters condemned the policy of starving Gaza’s residents and the Israeli regime’s attacks on the Gaza Strip.
Sources also reported that on Saturday night thousands of Jordanians protested against the siege and starvation imposed on Gaza’s population.
The demonstration occurred in Al-Tafila neighborhood in Amman, where thousands condemned Israeli policies killing civilians and starving Gazans.
The participants declared their full readiness for military involvement to assist Gaza’s residents.They urged Arab and Islamic governments to fulfill their religious, moral, and humanitarian duties toward the Palestinian people.
The Israeli regime launched a war against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, aiming primarily to destroy Hamas and retrieve its captives from the area. However,it failed to achieve these goals and was forced to agree with Hamas on a prisoner exchange deal.
On January 19, 2025, a ceasefire was established between Hamas and Israel under which some prisoners were exchanged. Later though, Israel withdrew from second-stage ceasefire talks.From early morning March 18, 2025 (28 Esfand 1403), it resumed military incursions into Gaza in violation of ceasefire terms.
