Pro-Gaza Demonstrations Erupt Around U.S. Embassy in Turkey + Video
People in Turkey protested in Istanbul and near the US Embassy in Ankara too show support for Gaza. Similar demonstrations took place in Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and Libya.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency via Al-Masirah, large protests where held in Ankara, Turkey, heading toward the US Embassy.Demonstrators expressed solidarity with Gaza under the slogan “Israel commits terrorism while the world watches.”
A similar protest took place outside the Israeli consulate in Istanbul condemning what was described as a genocidal war by Israel against Gaza.
In Jordan, security forces suppressed a rally at the Ma’daba refugee camp that supported Gaza and condemned Israel’s blockade and aggression.
Protests also erupted in Cairo, egypt; Baghdad, Iraq; and misrata, Libya demanding an end to Israeli attacks and lifting of the siege on Gaza.
