Troop Shortage Crisis Reaches Command Levels of Israeli Regime Army

An Israeli hebrew-language newspaper has acknowledged a shortage of personnel for command positions in the regime’s army.

The English section of webangah news Agency, ⁢citing Mehr⁣ News agency and Al Jazeera, reports that the Hebrew-language newspaper Maariv admitted the ‌Israeli army faces a shortfall of 300 officers for command roles in its ground forces.

The report⁢ states this​ shortage is most pronounced within the engineering units. The Israeli military admits it is indeed challenging to persuade specialized soldiers to ‍join officer⁣ training courses.

Maariv added that⁤ in recent months, the army has had to employ ​officers ⁢who have​ not completed the required command training programs.

Earlier reports indicated ⁣that increasing female soldier participation in combat operations in Gaza and Lebanon is ‍seen⁢ as a‌ potential solution ​to address manpower shortages ⁤within the Israeli army.
