The Ship “Hanzala” Enters International Waters
The Hanthala ship, aiming to break the blockade of Gaza, set off from Gallipoli port in Italy and reached international waters following a temporary halt caused by resolved technical problems, according to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the Palestine Details Center.
The International Committee for Breaking the Gaza Siege reported that before departing Gallipoli, Hanthala was targeted by serious sabotage attempts.
Among these was a rope tightly wound around the ship’s propeller, discovered prior to departure at Gallipoli port.
Additionally, an inflammable chemical substance was found inside a water tank on board Hanthala, which resulted in injuries to some crew members.
The International Committee called on the global community to condemn these attacks and urged ensuring safe passage for the Hanthala ship while preventing repeated maritime assaults by the Israeli regime.
