According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Ria Novosti, the French newspaper le Monde wrote that Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, intentionally reports lower figures for Ukrainian military fatalities in the conflict with Russia.
Le Monde noted that in February, Zelensky claimed over 46,000 soldiers had been killed and more than 380,000 wounded as Russia’s invasion began in February 2022.Additionally, he mentioned “tens of thousands” missing or captured.
