Key Topics in Foreign Ministers’ Talks Between Turkey and Iran
Turkey and Iran’s foreign ministers discussed the upcoming nuclear talks on Friday between Tehran and the European trio in Istanbul,as well as the humanitarian situation in Gaza and developments in Syria.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held consultations today, Monday, with his Iranian counterpart.
The media reported that during a phone call between Turkey’s foreign minister and abbas Araghchi, his Iranian counterpart, both sides discussed the nuclear negotiations scheduled for Friday in Istanbul.
The foreign ministers of Turkey and Iran also exchanged views on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and recent events in Syria.
