Hamas Movement Calls for Comprehensive Severance of Ties with Israeli Regime
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued a statement on the latest developments concerning the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza. It stressed that current reactions and positions fall far short of addressing the catastrophe faced by 2.25 million people in Gaza.
Hamas added that this complete silence crushes hope among oppressed Palestinians and encourages Netanyahu to continue policies aimed at starving and destroying the Palestinian people.
The movement noted that people in Gaza suffer from hunger and thirst while thousands of aid trucks remain halted at Egypt’s Rafah crossing.
Hamas condemned the failure to implement decisions made at the extraordinary Arab-Islamic Riyadh summit held in November 2023. It called for an end to silence over crimes by the occupation regime, urging activation of pressure tools to halt starvation policies against innocent civilians, break the blockade, and allow immediate delivery of aid into Gaza.
The palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement also demanded that Arab and Islamic countries sever all relations with what it described as an occupying fascist regime,close its embassies,and expel Israeli ambassadors.
