Merkava Tank Destroyed and Golani Brigade Officer Wounded in Central Gaza
As the Israeli regime acknowledges a Golani Brigade officer wounded in central Gaza,the Al-Qassam Brigades report targeting a Merkava tank in Deir al-Balah with a Yasin 105 rocket.
The Al-Qassam Brigades,the military wing of Hamas,announced they targeted an Israeli Merkava tank in the Shalihat al-Ja’frawi area southeast of Deir al-Balah city in central Gaza,according to webangah News Agency citing Al-Mayadeen.
Following this attack, the brigades observed an Israeli military helicopter landing to evacuate possible casualties or injured personnel.
Separately, the Israeli army confirmed that a Golani Brigade soldier was seriously wounded during clashes in central Gaza.
