Plane Crashes on Busy Road in Italy, Killing Two + Video
A small plane crash on a highway in Italy resulted in the deaths of its two passengers.
A report from the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency and Caliber website, states that according to the Giornale di Brescia newspaper, a small plane crashed directly onto a busy road in Italy and immediately caught fire.
The newspaper reported that the aircraft struck the highway directly.
The incident was captured by traffic surveillance cameras.
This footage shows the plane falling onto a crowded highway before bursting into flames as nearby vehicles quickly clear the area.
According to reports, there were two people on board: 75-year-old lawyer Sergio Ravaglia and 50-year-old Anna Maria Di Stefano.
Both occupants died in the crash.
The cause of the accident has not yet been disclosed.
