Third Round of Russia-Ukraine Talks Begins in Istanbul
the third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine began at the Çırağan Palace in Istanbul with a meeting between the heads of the two countries’ delegations, attended by Turkey’s Foreign Minister.
According to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, the third round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine has started in Istanbul.
The heads of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations have now begun a bilateral meeting at Istanbul’s Çırağan Palace.
Medinsky and Amröf, leaders of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations respectively, held a face-to-face meeting in Istanbul.
Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is present during this meeting.
