– Establishment of local councils comprised of residents from Suwayda to provide public services.
– Formation of a committee to document human rights violations tasked with submitting its reports to American authorities.
– Disarmament in Quneitra and Daraa regions accompanied by creating local security committees without weapons in these areas.
