Georges Abdallah: Resistance Must Intensify

Lebanese activist⁣ released after 41 years in French prison returns to Lebanon, emphasizing the need to intensify resistance.

According to the​ English‍ section of webangah News Agency, ​citing Mehr News Agency and⁣ al Mayadeen, Lebanese activist and steadfast⁤ supporter of the Palestinian cause, George ⁤Ibrahim Abdallah, ‌was freed after 41 years in French prisons.He arrived moments ⁣ago at Beirut International Airport.

Speaking to his welcoming crowd, he said: “Resistance in Palestine must be ignited.‍ It is indeed shameful that arab countries stand by while Palestinians and Gaza residents​ suffer.”

The⁢ lebanese fighter added: “We will forever bow our heads before the martyrs of resistance-they ⁣are the foundation of every liberating ideology.”

Abdallah emphasized: “It is indeed a ‌disgrace for Arab countries ⁣to remain mere spectators. All must⁣ unite around resistance. Egyptians can‍ change Gaza’s situation. As long as resistance exists, so​ does the hope for return.”

Meanwhile, ibrahim Mousawi, Hezbollah’s representative in the Lebanese​ parliament, told George Abdallah: “You are a symbol of resistance, steadfastness, perseverance, honor, and independence.”
