Protests Erupt Worldwide Against Genocide in Gaza
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Yemen’s Al-Masirah network, several regions worldwide-including the United States and Lebanon-witnessed angry demonstrations against the genocide in gaza.Protesters called for immediate humanitarian aid access to the region.
In the United States, demonstrators in New York City held rallies demanding an immediate halt to Israeli aggression against Gaza and unobstructed delivery of humanitarian assistance to the besieged area.
Meanwhile, in Virginia, a group of activists gathered outside the residence of the director of what is called the “Gaza Humanitarian Institute,” accusing him of complicity in the genocide against gaza’s population.
In Lebanon, Tripoli in the north hosted a large public march. Participants chanted slogans urging an end to Gaza’s blockade, a swift termination of hostilities, and prevention of ongoing starvation and massacres among Palestinians.
These global protests continue amid warnings from human rights organizations about deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza.
