US Reveals Its Inability to Destroy Iran’s Underground Facilities
According to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, the American magazine Foreign Policy admitted that both the United States and Israel know most of iran’s stockpiles of highly enriched uranium have survived attacks.
The publication continued by saying that if the U.S. could have destroyed Iran’s centrifuges and uranium reserves, it would have done so. Instead, Washington has demonstrated its limited ability to target underground facilities in Iran.
Foreign Policy also stated that ther is no technical barrier preventing Iran from building a bomb if it chooses. This time, Iranians can enrich their uranium from 60 percent to 90 percent within small, covert sites deep inside mountains using fewer than 200 centrifuges.
The report concludes by noting that diplomacy remains what is left-hopefully proving more effective than military action.
