Israeli Regime Claims Implementation of “Humanitarian Pause” Plan in Gaza

The Israeli regime claimed it will begin implementing a “humanitarian pause” plan from Sunday morning to facilitate aid ‌distribution in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli military announced it is preparing to‌ carry out a “humanitarian pause” in densely populated areas of the Gaza Strip. It said safe corridors have been designated for United Nations and aid organizations’ convoys to deliver food and medicine to Gaza, according to the English section ‍of⁢ webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera via Mehr News agency.

While stating⁣ that military operations in some parts of Gaza would halt on Sunday to allow‌ humanitarian aid delivery, the occupying⁣ army insisted‍ it would continue‌ its operations against terrorists wherever they are located within Gaza. The military denied claims of‍ famine in Gaza,⁣ labeling them as‌ false propaganda by Hamas.

Ignoring widespread condemnation over its actions in Gaza, even from⁤ some allied parties, Israel’s army further alleged⁤ that the⁢ United Nations has so far failed to collect and distribute significant quantities of stored ⁤aid within Gaza.

The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs‍ also announced that it ⁢will implement the humanitarian pause starting Sunday morning at key centers and crossings inside Gaza to ⁢facilitate ⁢aid delivery.

Channel⁢ 12 TV quoted an Israeli‍ official saying the ⁤humanitarian pause will begin Sunday morning and continue until evening. The plan will be enforced across several ⁣densely⁣ populated areas, including northern Gaza.
