Demonstrations Support Gaza Outside US Embassy in Tunisia + Video
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Sputnik via Mehr News Agency, hundreds of tunisians assembled Saturday night in front of the U.S. Embassy in Tunis. They announced a 48-hour sit-in protest against U.S. backing of the war in Gaza.
The demonstrators called for an immediate halt to hostilities in Gaza, reopening border crossings, allowing humanitarian aid access, and ending the blockade that has led to severe shortages in the enclave.
The nighttime protest was organized by the Joint Action Coordination Center for Palestine along with several associations and organizations supporting the Palestinian cause.
