Israeli Military Claims Temporary Halt of Attacks on Certain Gaza Targets
The Israeli military claims a temporary halt to its attacks on certain areas of the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army announced a temporary suspension of its military strikes in the Al-Mawasi, Deir al-Balah, and Gaza City areas from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today.
The army described this pause as a humanitarian gesture.It stated that safe corridors will be open from 6:00 a.m.to 11:00 p.m. local time for convoys affiliated with the United Nations and international organizations operating in Gaza.
Earlier, Egyptian media reported that trucks carrying humanitarian aid crossed into Gaza through the Rafah crossing.
