Vitcavage: 10 Countries to Join Israel Normalization Agreement by Year-End
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Fox News quoted Steve Witkoff, former envoy of then-US President Donald Trump in the region, saying that negotiations with Hamas, which had stalled, have resumed.
He also claimed that normalization agreements with Israel will broaden. “It would not be surprising to say that by year-end around 10 countries will join these agreements,” he added.
Witkoff referred to talks with Iran as well, asserting that negotiations will return to their normal course.
regarding developments in Syria, he said recent tensions have arisen but are now being resolved.
The former Trump envoy described himself as a global policeman and argued this role is crucial for world order and stability.
These claims come amid widespread Israeli aggression against regional countries including Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, and Syria-actions largely backed by US military aid, political support, security cooperation, and intelligence sharing. without American backing, such operations would unlikely be possible since Israel’s survival depends on this support.
Witkoff also mentioned russia-Ukraine negotiations and emphasized that dialogue between them is set to resume as well.
