CNN: U.S. Lost a Quarter of Its Missiles in War with Iran
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera,CNN quoted two military sources stating that in June,during the Zionist regime’s aggressive war against Iran,the United States used about one-quarter of its THAAD missile stockpile.
The sources said american forces launched between 100 and 150 THAAD missiles attempting to intercept Iranian projectiles fired during operation Promised Truth 3, consuming a important portion of their reserves.
CNN further cited former U.S. officials and military experts who expressed concerns that this rapid depletion of THAAD missile inventory has raised serious security worries in Washington.
Simultaneously occurring, a Pentagon spokesperson dismissed these reports, asserting that the U.S. military remains at its strongest and possesses all necesary capabilities to carry out any mission worldwide.
