Trump: Releasing Remaining Gaza Prisoners Is Difficult; I Will Shorten Putin’s Deadline!
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, US President Donald Trump stated that securing the release of remaining hostages held by Hamas in Gaza will be challenging.
Trump claimed that the United States has allocated ample funds to Gaza and is “eagerly” working to provide food supplies for Palestinians living in the Strip.
He asserted that a ceasefire in Gaza is absolutely possible and that America supports it. He added that he told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a different approach should be taken toward the Gaza Strip.
Trump also mentioned that during talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer about a trade agreement with London, he plans to discuss the possibility of a ceasefire in Gaza.
Furthermore, reiterating his disappointment in Russian President vladimir Putin, trump said he plans to shorten the 50-day deadline given for reaching a peace deal regarding Ukraine.
In late July, marking a shift in his stance on the Russia-Ukraine war, Trump gave Putin 50 days to agree on ending the conflict with Ukraine.
